Its prob because i had e36's before i saw the light and upgraded to e30's.With e36's its coupe,saloon etc...........

Hard to make it clearer really, it's a spray that comes in an aerosol can that tints lights (the contents of the can, not the can itself).

Bollocks! I did mine the same just last weekend - I thought I was being individual because I'd never seen it on an E30 Touring before.
Mine aren't quite so dark though......

A while back someone posted asking where to buy tinted lights as the ones on ebay were so expensive..

I replied saying I had a set he could have for £50 thinking he would see the joke.... He didnt! I almost sold them to him but some bloody honest people posted up about tint spray

Are you referring to the on-line one on the RealOEM website? If you are, I think you'll find that's because it's the American version.
The Germans definately refer to "2-door" and "4-door" cars, where as in America they are "coupe" and "sedan" respectively.
Typical American mis-use of the English language.
