id reccomend 60mm front 40mm back as the front genrally sits higher than the back on e30's and hence greater drop needed to even it out, or 40mm all round

Depends how 'Low' you want it?

Simon13 on here has his 'Slammed! on saloon springs -60mm front and rear I believe?

Just buy a IS lip to tide you over if you want a bit of class... But with Fiberglass you get what you pay for :?

I've just fitted a set of H&R touring springs and anti-roll bars.

The springs are supposed to be 30mm all round but look more like 30mm rear 45mm front.

Excellent set of springs, good looks with excellent handling but without a harsh ride.

Available from the zone shop.

Cheers,
