problem with fitting m tech 2 valance, + brake duct

hi there all i am trying to fit a m tech 2 valance to my cabby but it only fixs on at the bottom, can anyone tell me what fixs at the top, and also how come the standard brake ducts dont fit the valance as you have to remove the covers on the steel panel next to the fog light and that way the valance won't reach, help

There are seven off clips along the top edge of the valence, part number 51712239711

You need different, longer brake ducts!
