MrLee say E39 fit E30, is that the case?

What diameter are our badges (i'd go out and measure but car is in the bodyshop :o: )

and therefore

Will these fit?

ok if you want to check.... my badge currently on my E30 is 83 mm in diameter and for info the front and rear bagdes are pretty much the same excapt rear has an angled bit.. but on mine i have 2 front AC schnitzer badges on front and rear.... i am certain that E36/E34 are smaller and if i had to guess i would say about 75mm.

best way to check is get a ruler, jump on the bus and find an E39 then quickly measure the badge... if its about 83 it fits, if its not it dont!!

and its mrlee no capitals please

update... the E39 are also smaller than the E30, but as the E39 does not have a recess in the metal as with the E30 i put an E30 badge on my E39, but to put an E39 badge on an E30 would result in a small badge in a larger recess. but the pins that hold the bagde are in the same place so at least the badge will fit.

and yes to confirm mine are 82/82mm schnitzer type, they fit fine and dont look silly. IMO!!

oh yeah a pic of it! this is 83/83mm bagde designed for the front... but fitted to the back (you need to stuff a bit of cardboard under the bottom half to close the gap as the real E30 rear badges are angled  )
