You need the clips to fit to the underside of the front valance - they are still available from bmw in black or white and are about 40p each if i remember correct. Once these are in, the lip will simply clip on (and the reason why they are so easy to nick!).

I think a load of previous threads have shown pictures on how to fit them - run a search for this and you should find them.
