Just wondering if the bk 171's are a straight fit or if any spacers etc are required, as I have some waiting and i want to make sure i have everything so I can put them on at the weekend.
Thanks.
Cars a standard 325i Sport, wheels are 17" with 205/40 for front 215/40 rear

don't you other BK171 users need spigott rings?
I had reps on my 325 turd and it needed spigot rings otherwise you get the dreaded wheel wobble as the centre bore of the wheel is larger than the hub centre and with them being multi-fitment they don't sit true on the hub otherwise.

Cheers Tony, so I'm not going mad
I got mine from a place called WheelsUK, phoned the dude up, told him the wheels fitted and the car it was and he posted them out to me, £18.99 to my door. Can't find the contact details now though, think they were in Nuneaton

they will proly be stuck into wheel tho if theve come off an e30 so you wont need them.
All sorted lads, thanks. No problems (except a bit of rust around one of the jacking points, tipically the last one) the spigot rings came with the wheels (fortunately found them before we fitted the wheels taped up inside bubble wrap in one of the wheels), as did fake bmw badges instead of bk logos which i also wasn't expecting.
Probably a stupid question but first time i've put different wheels on a car, what happens with the tyre pressures, do you leave them the same as with the 15" bbs or do they differ being a different profile?

the BK spigot rings are too flexible and allow the wheel to sag off centre under it's own (massive!) weight.
if you sit the wheel about an inch from the floor and wedge the jack handle under the wheel when it's nearly done up you'll feel what i mean. they can be centred up a bit better if you try to aim for midway in the 'slack' and tighten them up.
most problems with wheel wobble on these rims could be sorted with some tighter fitting solid spigot rings imho.
better still, bin them!
compare the weight to your existing wheels
then take a drive and feel the handling suffer!
