Dude
I have a set of side skirts so do loads of others. Most of us have given up trying to make Tech 1 side skirts fit a cab.
Cliffybabe may be able to assist you as he the only one that I know of who has recently tried to do this.

M tech II sills from a coupe will need cutting at the bottom where it goes under the car - it will then sit flush against the car - as the Cabby ones were deeper to fit along the bottom the coupe ones will not do this - thereofre the nexct best thing is to cut them other wise you will see the bottom of it hangin slightly loose -
My Cabriolet has the saloon ones which have been cut - you cant see it and it looks like factory to all eyes unless you actuially go under neath the car.....
Or you can always go and buy the proper Cabby skirts....but not at that price at the dealers...

Thank you all,
I will give it all a try.
JC-bm top bloke also told me there is a fixing part with two holes that attaches to the front wing. When this part pushes against the wing it will try and hold the sill away from the car so cut the two edges of this clip which allows this part of the sill to bend forward, this will make it sit flush and look right.
Any more idears to make it work chaps.
THANKS CHRIS
PS YOUR CARS LOOK GREAT CHAPS

Hi - how did you get on with your kit - I am in the same boat - just got a tech 2 kit and about to fit to an 89 cab. the pods look ok. I removed the plastic clips that held the old rubbing strip. Most of the holes look in the proper position - I expect this to be a clip on job when I get the plastic plugs for the doors and quarter from the local bm stealer.
I have offered up the skirts and I agree they will need to be cut both underneath and at the front wing. Bit nervy though - once you cut there is no going back - any tips?
