HI all,
I've got a touring and I want to redo the sound system. The wiring is bad somewhere as I don't have sound cominng out of the left rear speaker.
I'm running new wires from my receiver to my speakers. I'm planning on running the rear wires through the console tunnel then under the seats to the rear shelves. Good idea?
Also, how do I wire up the tweeters in the doors? Should I run the speaker wire and splice it into the wires that go to the front speakers? The guy at the stereo shop said there's a built in cross over for them, is that true? At any rate, I'd like to know how to connect the tweeters to the system.
Thanks!!!

hi what tweeters you running most tweets come with cross overs in line...... yeah just splice into the front speakers
running the wires down the centre is no probs....are planning to run a amp later??? if so you might as well run them down too and leave them ready under the back seat.

Yeah, I want to build in an amp and sub into the equation as soon as the money lets me
SO with the tweeters, I can avoid running new lines and trace the tweeter wires to the front speaker location and splice into the same wiring? Cheers!
