help tech 2 sill covers?

hi guys, wondered if any one could tell me how tech 2 sill covers clip on correctly to the lower half of the sill? i have the clips for the upper part but am a bit jubious about the lower.....

Tech 2 side skirts sort of hang off the top clips, and the bottom ones sort of clamp the lower edge of the skirt agains the metal lip that runs under the sill.
