My 323 hasnt got rear head rests I have found some in the right colour but is it poss to fit them to my seats ?

yep!

You need a set of mounting hardware to be fitted in the rear seat, about £15 ish from the dealer... dead easy mod!
1 & 2 bed flats in Bournemouth areas, with parking
