fitting mtec 1 rear

Hi just scored a mtech 1 rear for my 325 and im in the process
of trying to fit it up to the bumper, but it seems that there is a gap of
around 3mm between the metal bumper and the rubber bumper trim
has anyone come across this before? how do you make the trim flush with the metal bumper ? thanks

yeah you can get a extra bit of rubber from the dealer
