I want to paint my headlight and kidney grills but I need some advice on the paint to use. I want the headlight grills to look as much like factory items as possible, in other words exactly the same colour and finish as the originals, and then paint the kidney the same colour. Can anyone advise the best paint for this job?

Thanks

i used halfords satin black as it does give the best finish, if your kidneys are chrome lightly sand them then use a etch primer followed by normal primer then the satin black, this way it will last longer and not chip off as easy
