any one have any experience fitting a nakamichi mb 100?

i have a CD400, have had a few nakamichi units in my time. never fitted an MB before though. what exactly do you want to know?

the mb 100 does not have any speaker wires, its all controlled by the preamp which comes with it, im having problems witht the balance and fader, when its set to zero, all four speakers work fine, and when its balanced to the left it works, but when it goes to the right the left one goes off??

sounds like its possibly a dodgy connection on the pot when you turn it to the left it goes off or is it te fader and all your speaskers are being power but the fron t and when you fade it you turn them off
justa possibilty ???
