if u want the x-spoke design, pay extra and go for a bbs.
they are nice rims but think they would look better on a newer car. try photoshop them, then at least u know how they will look.

They are a safe 'no brainer', they will always look good - just like everyone else's!bootyman wrote:What's with the Zone and Apina or BBS wheels? Dude be different and get them. They look fat and you wont lok like a clone either![]()
I think these wheels look too modern to suit the e30 but go for it if you like em mate

not sure mate??panesar_e30 wrote:these rims were on a zoners white sport, am i right?
dnt think iv seen exactly the same on a e30??
i have alpinas on mine and as good as they look on the car i dnt like em
cos theres just too many out there
but its a bloody hard car to match wheels too
i search and search sites constantly looking for something different
and uncommon but the reality is most modern wheels at sensible money just dnt suit an E30
my search continues

ive always loved rep alpinas and have to say it is one of the best rims for the e30 and are fairly cheap considering.

Unfortunatley everyone else thinks like you panser and it's been done to death. They will be the eqivelent of LED washer jets soon if every E30 goes around with 17" Replica's. Come on guys. Be original

ben u cannot go wrong with alps, epecialy when zoners sll them quite cheap. ut then it depends on how much you want to spend.
its good to be different but the wheels have got to look good on the car 2. imo anyway.

I agree the wheels have to be good mate, but you can still have that without copying every Tom, Dick & Harry is my point
I could neer see my self owning anything that more than a handful of people have, but i guess that's me

personally.. I HATE borbet a's. They just don't look right to me. If I had a choice.. yeah.. BBS would be the go.. but till I can get the cash for them.. I'll look elsewhere.
HOWEVER..
I have wolfrace urban racer alloys.. which I'm not to fond of. I'm de-chavving my touring taking the tint out (Looks like a hearse as one kid said) and changing the wheels and door cards ( They a bit funky anyway!)
