This is the basic structure:

As you can see it's made in two halves with most of the cables running in grooves machined in the boards.
This is the surface the amps will eventually sit on (once trimmed).

Here's a couple of shots with the amps trial fitted.


You can also see the twin cooling fans. I'm not all that happy fitting them in that position, but there's no room at the ends as the amps only just fit between the rear shock towers in the boot. I'm going to make some vents in the front face of the enclosure to help with airflow, so hopefully it will be okay.
All the power cables will run in machined slots on the underside of the base board. I'm having to run all the cables in slots like this due to very tight limits on the available height. My sub box sits on top of this enclosure and the top of the box touches the bottom of the rear shelf so I only have the space from the base of the sub box to the boot floor to play with.
