can a passenger seat be converted to drivers seat?

Just wondering if you have a spare drivers base or frame can a passenger seat be converted to drivers seat?

I think so, I have had a few "Sports" with passenger driver seats! I know this because of the release pull to let people in the back was on the wrong side!

mmm interesting - would you know is it possible to brake a seat down into back / bottom and base?

Simple answer is... YES.
the frames on the base of the seats comes apart, so you can simply swap them over.
Not a difficult job at all.

Its an eay job, but the release latch will be the giveaway. Its actualy quite annoying, my m3 seats annoy me in this way. (being from a LHD car).
If the seats are twisted re-aligning them will be hard.
