Am in the process of finishing up the wiring on my Touring, and have the headunit and speaker wires more or less done. Am putting in an ISO connector, and the antenna power cable isn't present. Is this normal? Its potentially completely unnecessary because it uses a fixed antenna - but thought it might be amplified and still needed.

"Power cable" for the antenna plugs into the accessories socket behind the glovebox on any E30, but isn't fitted on a touring because the antenna is fixed, as you say. No amplifiers involved.
