front and rear window removal???

thanks to a kindly local weilding a hammer i am now forced to replace the front and back windows (or whats left of them). How do i get the old ones out. i have a scrapper which i will take the replacement windows out of.
any tips would be appreciated

gutted, youd think they'd be more creative on a good car!

get a stanley knife and cut around the rubber seal (in the centre of it)
You should replace the seals when you refit them really, it saves you bother down the line with leaky screens,

dont forget to smear some sealent in the new one before fitting either :D

it will probly help to remove the "locking trim " first
