Im completly knew to this and tbh havnt the faintest clue iwhats possible, but the question is can you fit bodykits like you would find on a 325i sport onto a 316? I love the look of the 325i sport but came to the conclusion that at 17 i cant afford the insurance

Simple answer is yes.

Kits are about Ԛ£400 for a later (1988 and on) M Tech II kit.

You can buy them new but it's around a grand I think.

A good second-hand kit won't look any different and is pretty much guaranteed to be worth the same when/if you want to take it off and sell it.

Just bear in ming that an mtech 1 kit will only go on a car with chrome bumpers, the tech 2 kit will fit the cars with plastic bumpers, although ive seen them bodged on earlier cars too.
