most agree that 40mm is as low as you need to go while still maintaining a drivable car. any lowe and your sump suffers as does the handling.
if you lower with springs only then its ok, but best option is to lower springs and shocks, normally harder shocks to stop the thing bottoming out over bumps and the rear wheel hitting the arches.
as for pics there is a whole section of the zone dedicated to that, they also nromally explain if the car is lowered and by how much

doesnt rub the arches at all and only just skims exhaust on big speed humps when ive got 4 people on board

In addition to this I 100% agree. 55mm is too low and my mate now owns the car and he has successfully removed the Sump on just a bumpy residential street at 20mphmrLEE30 wrote:most agree that 40mm is as low as you need to go while still maintaining a drivable car. any lowe and your sump suffers as does the handling.

It used to "catch" all the time, it was inevitable
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.
Your CR24V bummer mate Lee sold me them!DanThe wrote:You deviant weirdo, its dragging its arse like a shitting dogDuke137 wrote:

-40 FTW
That Alpine 4 door was a nice car
Still it was a 4 door so scrapping was inevitable!
