Hello i have 2 sets of these sideskirts that are hartge. They say H35.

I was told they where for e30 but they seem to be missing the arches.
I contacted Hartge without any luck.. They where not interested in helping me out.

I know these are rare cause not many Hartge H35's where made..

Anybody know what parts im missing and if i can find them anywhere Original or reps?

Assuming you would want to mount these onto the car, I would think that it would be the same as putting on the "SE" or "iS" side skirts on, just the same green rubber plug things and clips to be mounted onto the inner skirt. Then clipped together.

If you have a look on the inside of the skirts and post a picture up somebody might come up with an idea, you could of course use a industrial strength glue or something.

Try RealOEM's website and have a look at the "SE" or "iS" side skirt fitment, there should be illustrations of the clips etc used to put those skirts on, I can't imagine it being completely different. That's what I would try.

"SE" and "iS" both the same item people just call them both really.

Good luck

Tanveer's advice is good.

You mention arches, do you mean the flared arches which were available for H35 builds ?

If so I might be able to point you in the right direction.

I've just bought an H35 and I'm pretty sure the side skirts and arches are all tied in together in one piece.

Hartge can't tell me how many H35s were made, they have no H35 parts left and can't even tell me anything about the one I've just bought.

I'm trying to trace H35s and so far I can see there is one in Canada, one in Peru, two in the UK and I'm told (by a good source) there's one in either Denmark or Belgium.

Do you have an H35 ?

H35 skirts and arches were separate but maybe there were two versions, ie, one tied in together and the other as separates.

I have checked all my Hartge literature but results are inconclusive.

I know of two in the UK as well.

Birds (UK Hartge concessionaires and Hartge.de have no E30 Hartge parts remaining to the best of my knowledge).

I currently know of 2 H27 coupes, 1 H27 cabrio, 1 H28 Japanese import and 2 H35s one a H35 24v M3 and one a coupe, plus one H26 Touring. Not sure if Geoff's H26 in Sterling Silver still survives in Ireland ???

Am sure there are more lurking around !!

I've seen a difference in style between pre and post facelift H35. The facelifts used the Hartge Kit you'll see on H26's and H27's but the prefacelifts are the one piece front bumper/valance and the side skirts and extended wheel arches are blended together.

I didn't know the H35-24 came in standard body, I wouldn't have thought that BMW allowed non-M cars to receive M engines.

Is the H35-24 M3 Theo's one ?

Thats interesting reading and not apparent in the literature, thanks for that !

My apologies to Theo, I was having a dumb moment and forgot to add his superb car.

No the one I originally listed belongs to a guy in London.

Indeed.

The cheeky minx seduced me when I was down at Steve's picking up those tyres I bought from you. Kept me awake nights so I had to give in.

I told the wife it was all your fault. :D
