Can anyone tell me the best place to pass a live for an amp from the battery through the bulk head. I dont really know what to look for or will I end up drilling a hole just for the wire to have all to itself. Any help much appreciated !

Hello mate
Fitted an amp to my last E30 and if i remember right,there is wiring that goes into the bulkhead just below the battery tray.
I used a screwdriver and made the hole in the gromet bigger to feed the cable through.

if you open the glove box and remove the 2 pins that hold the glove box up u will see a foamy type thing with a couple of holes in it! use that! if u need pics i can send some tomoz
