Hi guys

I'm looking to get a new front spoiler/valance to run on my E30 track car.

What are the best options? Looking for something that looks good but not ridiculously low that I'll smash it on the first kerb. Fairly flexible on options or if anyone has anything second hand that suits the bill (ideally black)

Thanks

what is your aim? looks or function??

Mtech 2 does both as it acts as an air inlet for the brakes (which exsist in the metal valance anyway)they are easy to fit on the later plastic bumper models, i did a how to guide in the wiki section called "fitting tech2 bumpers" but other then that they just add weight. they likely have very little aerodynamic effect.

for me and a track car you sacrifice looks in favour of function...no spoiler and big air ducts (use rigid but flexible alimunium clothes dryer 5 inch ducting) to the brakes where the fog lights should be. ditch the lights just run blanks made from aluminium except near the airbox where you could port air into the box directly (again BMW have done this for you anyway).

you would be better spending your time on making a lightweight cover to run under the engine and box, which acts a s a lightweight sump guard and aids/smooths air flow under the car

Never seen a e30 like that before.

how did you secure lip spoiler with self tapping screws?
