On the hunt for 4 new speakers 13cm standard size, had vbe slick 50s in my is around £30 a pair, were ok and great sound for the ££, but want to up a league in the sport, dont want to go silly but want it nice, im thinking £60-80 a pair sort of range, i have no idea what really so could use some help
also i dont think i want to amp them ? so just to run of a car stereo
any suggestions ??

Pioneer TS-E1302i, good speakers, just not cheap.

Depends what sort of sound you like!! Are you going to be using a sub too?
Personally, I would get my eyes on the classifieds section of the talkaudio forum and pick up some second hand/ex demo/old stock bargains!!!
For £80 a pair, you could end up with over priced stuff a lot of places are selling to try and make ends meet, or you could have some real quality stuff that's been run in for you and cost £200 when new!!!
Either that or ebay - just check your buying from someone with decent feedback!!
