Hi - just as the title says really. I just replaced an old Clarion head in my cab with a Panasonic one that I bought off ebay. Works fine, except all the presets and balance/fader settings are lost when I remove the ignition key. I assume there should be a permanent-live feed to the radio to keep the settings, but does anyone know which colour this wire should be and which pin in the connector it goes to?

The adapter cable i'm using takes the single connector at the back of the Panasonic to two white connectors - one eight way for the 4 speakers, and another 8-way with only about 5 wires connected. Both of these then connect to the car's loom. Is this a standard set-up?

Thanks for this - any idea which colour wires these are, or what pins they go to? Could sort it with a multimeter I guess.
