I think the front of my car looks half decent:

But without skirts and rear valence it looks odd, what do you guys suggest? anyone got a sterling silver car with a kit on that you can post pics of?

M-tec kit looks nice... but has a nice price tag too! any good alternatives?

Are e30 kits pretty easy to fit? My dad has a bodyshop so may ask him to fit a kit if i buy one but dont want to cause him hassle!

Yeah it does look a bit like its floating above the wheels doesnt it? Don't really want to be messing with the height of it TBH, would it be really chav of me to put bigger bumpers to LOOK lower

dont worry I'm kidding.

Until i get a bit on the lotto I'm not getting anything, cos I still cant find a job

my 320i is lach silver and has SE side skirts and M-tech II rear spoiler. Lowered 40mm to finish the effect and it looks chunky from all angles. Not expensive mods either.

Hannah, go for the SE sideskirts (can be found for about Ԛ£25)
and maybe a Zender or Mtech 1 rear valance worked into the arse end would make the back look nice and beefy but not overkill.
Most importantly, if you lowered the front of the car, it would make the whole thing look much better. You dont have to lower the back too, just get matched springs and ur laughing. 30mm drop on the front would make it look beasty!

How it would look Hannah, with some Hartge wheels, lower springs, the S.e skirts in the same colour, and an Mtec 2 rear spoiler.

(forget about the M3 mirrors or the eyebrows unless u like them)
Difference is

cheers johnno for that... a big help.... SE skirts it is then :-)

Missy, are they postable?..... and easy to fit? will have to ask permission from the other half though... fitting bodykits introduces an extra part that can rust doesnt it? or do you all glue them on

I'm pretty sure I can get them sent, There boxed from when Scott sent them to me so that's the worst bit done 8)
I haven't tried fitting mine yet (I've got some in black to save getting the silver ones painted) but I don't think it's too hard, I think you need to drill a hole in the sill so it would be an idea to treat that tiny bit.
The Photoshop? johnono's put up does show the difference well, They look very smart.
