right offset with safe drop with no rubbing????????????

heyy guys ive just bought my first bmw, its a c reg 316 in a pearlescent colour
with me being a ford man im unsure of what wheel size, tyre profile, offset and drop to give my bmw to give it the nice tucked in the arch look????? dont want it too low so that it looks like the rear suspension has dropped inside the car lol! thanks guys mat.

That was with a 40mm drop on a convertible, no arch issues.
If you was to go lower i would recommend getting the arches rolled or flared.

or fit 15x7 bbs with et24 and go as low as you like and no need to mod the arches and promote the rust
