Picked up my new wheels today. From Wheels Direct down in Cornwall.
Despite people not having much love for them on here, i bought some Lenso BSX's.
I got the gold ones in 15". I was sceptical, but seeing them in the flesh my fears were abated. They are gorgeous, and i can't wait to see them on the car.

Wheels Direct is a husband and wife owned firm and are the cheapest supplier of he BSX i have found.
Great friendly service, really nice people. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I'll post some pictures of them on the car as soon as i can.

I'll be fitting them to the car on Friday, as the car is going in the garage this week and i don't want them damaged! I'll be getting some BMW roundals to go in the centre.
I rekon they look pukka...

Mate they look great to me... To be honest I think the people that bag them are just BBS snobs... I would not hisitate to get a set of them at all.

And who cares what others think? Your car you do what you like to it and if it makes you happy then good.. Besides I doubt most people could tell the difference anyway..

:woohoo: at last someone has said it about BBS snobs slating these wheels.

i'd buy a set of them for three reasons,

1; the roads round here are total shite,

2; if the get damaged they are a hell of a lot cheaper to replace,

3; no scene tax, why should we have to line the pockets of those who are heavily into the VW scene & think that only they should have these type of wheels?

now, get them on the car & get some pic's up :D

Friday, once the cars back from the garage! I can't wait to see what they look like :woohoo:

It would be nice to have a set of BBS, but i couldn't justify £1000+ on a car thats worth less than £5k.
I'd be too scared to drive it anywhere!

These look just as good, and they have 12 months warranty too, for half the price.
+ Wheels Direct gave me a pair of Pirelli P6000's with 7mm of tread for £30. Can't go wrong

They do some pretty tasty sizes of BSX's now too - would love a set of 16x9's!

Got them fitted today. They look stunning. Heres a couple of shots of them fitted to the car. They need some centre caps on them, which are on the way. They have an ET20 offset so they stick out a fraction further than the standard BBS items. They look much more striking in the flesh, and really retro :P
