Just done my spare set of clusters I got from Scott a while ago

After finishing them and putting them on I don't know if I like them or not :cry: I have deliberately not gone too mad with the red in order to try and have some sort of orange indicator and avoid a pulling from the law, but in the words of Pacerpete, are they Council or not? :?

Simon - I have the ones that came on the car but they ain't very red. Also, I had a set from Adam on my Silver E30 and those faded also.

I will try one more set and then after that, it's gonna be some damned expensive original ones me thinks.

BTW, yours look good and the tinted black ones...well what can one say???

well I'm gonna keep em on for a bit and see how they do. Still in 2 minds about them, would probably be happy if they looked like proper originals, but there's nee way I'm spunking out Ԛ£200 for a set of clusters.

I'll keep 'em on until PC Bacon Balls pulls me over and decides to do a roadside MOT :-x

Got my own way and ordered myself one of the strut braces out of tut' Zone Shop yesterday :woohoo: , birthday pressie sort of thing from the wife, well one of them she tells me anyway. winkeye

At least I will have another component to sell when I eventually kill my car! :teehee:

You know what I think are council... number plates with 'UK' or 'GB' or any silly logo / badge on one side. Makes the whole car look uncomfortable...

And while we're on the subject of council... let's not forget chrome wheel arch trims.
