Remove tweeters from pods

I cant get the tweeters out of the pods. I've been blasting them with the hairdryer and they wont budge.

iirc its basically the magnet you remove then the speaker comes with it

pull out the old terminals with pliers, insert small screwdriver to where the terminals were and lever them out
