I cant get the tweeters out of the pods. I've been blasting them with the hairdryer and they wont budge.

small screwdriver and brute force :)

when fitting new ones, silocone works a treat :D

iirc its basically the magnet you remove then the speaker comes with it :)

pull out the old terminals with pliers, insert small screwdriver to where the terminals were and lever them out :)

This exact method worked a treat for me
