E30 Cabrio Stereo

Hi, My car (1987) still has original Stereo and 2 speakers, can someone tell me what parts (speaker mountings / head unit cage etc) I need to order and where, to upgrade to an Alpine head unit and 5.25 speakers? I've had a look round some car stereo websites and they don't always have my car year listed.

the standard Alpine single DIN sized head unit and cage fit.

5.25 speakers will also be a direct replacement, thus any reputable make will do (sony,kenwood,pioneer,jvc,apline etc etc)
