Just wondering how people have removed the original BMW tweeters from the tweeter pods. Mine look preety well stuck in, possibly with super glue!?!
Any ideas?

Go on the wing mirror I presume, might see if I can grab a set of those, atm my tweeter components are 'silkyd' to the dash

A tip, look on e-bay.com (us) as they go pretty cheap over there as I assume they were standard, over here they go for well over Ԛ£50, and I think they're Ԛ£55 new from the dealer!Jos wrote:Go on the wing mirror I presume, might see if I can grab a set of those, atm my tweeter components are 'silkyd' to the dash

Simon i used Meths(Sp) in the end, softened up nicely. Just took out the actaul speaker and left in the grille and mount.
Not sure what to fix my tweeters with, want to be able to remove them should i want to relatively easily as they are bloody expensive ones.

Got mine for Ԛ£20 at Gaydon from the E30 BMW centre, Darlaston, M6 Jnc 9, 07871 662902, they said they had another set in stock, might be worth a ring if you want some
