High Temp Painting Advice

Just a quick question regarding painting my rocker and inlet. The sort of colour i'm looking at doing these in isn't available in a high temp paint so my plan is to use a high temp primer, followed by the base coat and then i was thinking of then applying a high temp clear coat to finish.

Would this be ok as my thought is that the high temp primer and clear coat should protect the base coat.
