Hey guys,

I've got a set of 15" slightly dished alloys on my E30 and was wondering how easy it would be to take the wheels from a normal painted alloy look to polished lip?

These are the wheels and i was thinking to polish the outer lip and dished part of it. You think it'll be a bit much for a lil Dremel?

I was looking at videos of some cowboys doing this on you tube last night :D

It does work, i've started doing mine. However, i did get them stripped before using the sandpaper and will be using the polishing kits on ebay to top it up.

AH fair enough, mine won't be stripped but was just thinking some high grade wet n' dry like 1200 or summat. Then get one of the polisihing kits off of eBay and give it a bash.

Could take a while tho as dremels are only small!
