hi, i got myself a mtech 2 spoiler with the lower lip, its got thread studs sticking out along the back, obviously i drill me boot and secure down with nuts, do i need to put anything inbetween spoiler and boot or does it literally sit straight on it? also the studs look pretty small should they hold it ok by themselfves?

cheers

Tried to check this for you on the BMWfans website, however it appears to just list this as part of the aerodynamics kit - iirc you should have plastic washers and in addition to the bolts there is a plastic bracket at either side of the spoiler which also catches the edge of the bootlid.

as above there are plastic clips that hold the sides on under the boot lid, and there should be clear plastic sitckers that stop the edges of the spoiler rubbing on the main body panel - but i doubt any of these are 100pc necessary
