I'm considering changing my system & fitting the above,

Expect to up to about £75-£80 for an unmarked one.
The rare MD changer can and do go for upto about £150ish
Opting for a Sony will be cheaper and offer a wider choice.
Similarly, offerings from Kenwood and 1 or 2 other manufacturers will be cheaper than the rarer Alpine ones.
