has anyone come across these kits before if so what are they like and if you havent seen these before whats your opinions

it depends what you mean by Mtech USA. the replica kits are generally rubbish and do not fit too well as they are made from fibre glass.
the real Mtech kits sold in the US are same a your ones but with an added indicator on the bumper
