When I got my e30 back from the bodyshop they had polished it up a treat but they've managed to get some polish onto the black plastic trim and it doesn't look good. Anyone know the best way to get it back to looking black as it should?

Cheers

Bugger, just realised this is in the wrong section.

Mods, any chance of moving this to care & detailing?

Had the same last year when the side mouldings came back with white marks. I gently scrubbed with detergent and a soft brush, allowed them to dry thoroughly and then applied black car trim wax (found some Car Plan stuff in the cupboard) sparingly. It worked very well and hasn't needed re-doing.
