Hello All,
I have a 325 e30, and its currently a gold/beige colour.
I was planning on having a respray, but I really really like the dolphin grey E30s.
If i change the colour, am i likely to devalue the car? and also, what do i need to do with the DVLA? I guess I need to inform them?
Are there any disadvantages to a total colour change.
Thanks in advance
Otis

DVLA just need to be notified and they will issue you with a new V5 showing the change.
Whether your insurance will be affected will remain to be seen. Give them a call first and sound them out.
Gold E30's do look very dated so I can understand your frustration.
