I'm looking in to fitting a Tech-2 body kit and was wondering if there is any other way of fitting the side skirts & pods and o dont like the idea of drilling loads of holes in the side of my car.

Yeah i've heard that but i'm farily confident that as long as i remove it once a year and keep on top of it it should be alright.
Considering so many people seem to hate on the Tech-2 kit due to rust issues they still fetch quite a bit of money, judging on what i've seen on ebay your looking at £300 give or take for a full kit, sometimes the skirts and pods alone fetch over £200

I do know what you mean. Then simply fit the kit (the fitting instructions are included in my wiki guide) and simply take care of it. they are only rust traps is not taken care of as water/dirt can collect behind them. if you treat any holes you drill properly then should not have a problem. As for trying other means of sticking the pods on, i am using black silicone to hold most of my front faring on. It sticks well, is easy to remove and does not damage your paint underneath, why not try that?

I was thinking about using silicone to hold them on but seeing as i have never had a tech 2 kit before was not sure if the pods would be to heavy to just use silicone alone.
The kit is quite expensive and i dont want to hear it fall off and get ran over by the car behind me, but on the other hand i really dont want to start drilling holes in my body work either!
I did take a look at your guide which is what made me realise you had to drill holes for the clips

mine proved not to be a rust trap when i removed it over the christmas holidays. mine was factory fitted so quite a few years old now.nothing more than dirty paint and couple of small surface rust patches.
