powder coated bottletop wheels

on my e30 i brought it came sitting on bottletop wheels someone had sprayed black, i quite like the wheel design, and them being black so thought about restoring them by getting the sand blasted but i found a place near me that can also do powder coating, have any of you come across this at all? any info please:)

There's a place in Sheffield does stove enamelling. I've always wanted to try this on alloys since having my bike done.
