At the Head Unit:
Constant 12V+ Red/White
Switched 12V+ Purple/White
Ground Brown
Antenna White
At the Fader Control:
Rt Front (+) Blue/Red
Lt Front (+) Yellow/Red
Rt Rear (+) Blue/Black
Lt Rear (+) Yellow/Black
All (-) leads should be further down this wire harness, or follow each to their respective speakers to find the (-)'s.

Someone with a bigger bookmark collection than me will no doubt add a link shortly to a funky little lead that you can buy which plugs in to the accessory socket behing the glove compartment, and comes up the the back of the head unit with an ISO (industry standard) plug on the end. Then just make sure you have an ISO plug with the headunit and it is just plug and play.
If you still have the original Blaupunkt tape deck in there then the speaker wires should be unmolested so that side of things should be pretty simple to.
If i were you a would i would do it myself. it's not that hard, especially when you have the distilled wisdom of the zone at your beck and call.
Have a crack and let us know how you get on.

Have a go yourself - the worse you can really do it blow a few fuses ?
Get a multi meter or 12v bulb to get the live's and earth the experiment getting which speaker is which
I'm currently re-wiring all my speakers with new cable as it's currently a mish-mash of wiring. Speaker cable is really cheap and it's not difficult to route the cables back to the head unit - on route you may find a few things out about the car (like water in rear passenger footwells, grr)
Anyway if not then get someone you trust to do it - there are loads of car audio fitters in Levenshulme or round South Manchester

Cheers for the help and advice all!!
Im in Heald Green, think i'll have a go myself. As said above loads of places around south manchester. I've just been a LAZY g*t and not done it and when i do get to drive her that crackling blaupunkt is a bit annoying. Things start to go when they get old!
Anyhow, all taken on board and will give it a go...cheers all.
I've not been on here that long. So all the help will be great!
Cheers
