White wall tyres on my alpinweiss Tech-2 convertible, with Alpina alloys?
Unconventional. I've been thinking about it. Might look good. Might look shite.
What say ye?

That's not the word that springs to my mind.leeparkes wrote:the word 'pimp' springs to mind!
Whitewall tyres only look good on hotrods and 50s American lowriders. Even then they're a bit touch and go.
Not in E30s any more

I don't think it'll quite suit the E30, but may suit a convertible more, but still a big no no in my books.
You should maybe get a photoshoped version and then post it up here, and get some better opinions.
From what I can imagine now, I do't think it'll look good.

You're all...
correct!
I photoshop'd a picture of it, and it looked so abhorrent, I didn't even want to save/upload/show it. Spoiled the car rather like a gorgeous woman getting a dog poo on her chest and shoulders.

I reckon whitewalls on a slammed bronzit chromey with a roof rack and domed wheel trims could work
