Fitting M-Tech 1 front spoiler, what bits do I need?

I picked up a cheap M-tech 1 spoiler from ebay a couple of weeks ago that I'm soon to fit to my chromie, it didn't come with any fixings so before I take the front bumper off and find that I need loads of extra bits I'd like to know what I need to fit it.

I've found this diagram:


I'm assuming that I need the following fixings:
2 x 15/7
2 x 6/16
1 x 17/18

There are other holes in the spoiler that no fixings listed for, do the existing bumper fixings fit through these holes?

What are the left and right 'coverings' (3 & 4), are they required? And also the 'air channels' (19), do I need these too?

You will need to separate the black rubbing strip from your chrome bumper and then the tech1 spoiler will sandwich between that and the bumper.
