Well how about getting the car up on jacks and checking how the things are bolted on place??

The bumper is bolted on place on each ends, easy to align, also need to unbolt it on the center.
When you take the bumper off you see the clips holding front spoiler on place, probably there're couple of them missing.

and i quote myself:

Now fit the front bumper, clean and oil the side mountings, use a mate and fit the bumper as a trial first keeping it straight. Check for alignment. The front bumper has 4 adjustable mounting points, the two side mounting can be moved up, down, left and right, to get to the fixing bolts/screws you must get up underneath the front wing, it may be necessary to remove the horn on one side to get access. Adjust these as required and retighten. The front two centre bumper mounts can also be adjusted. They are held on with two 13mm bolts, which can be loosened from the front and the mounts can be adjusted as required. My suggestion would be to leave these and try to adjust from the side mountings first, if that fails then try the centre mounts. Once happy refit the bumper, plug in the indicator supply and refit the Torx bolts and tighten.

basically its trial and error, you need only to adjust one of the side mountings i mention.

the front valance clips on after the bumper is fitted ( as described in same article but I now use a paint scraper to help the valance in to the upper clips) and cannot be adjusted, if its bent then the clips must be replaced or the valance is bent.

my sincere apologies the article was not clearer
