Alright all, just got my hands on a nice set of 15" bbs today

I'm gonna take a couple of hours of in the morning to bolt them on and see what the stance is like, and see if I need to lower it. I'm not sure if the car was lowered because of the 17's on now.

But if I wanna lower it say 60/40 is springs enough or will i have to get shocks too.(on a budget :?)

It depends what shocks/springs are already on it.

Assuming it's not a 60mm drop already - if you drop it 60/40mm - you need new front shortened front shocks. It may be worth changing the shocks while you're doing the springs as the suspension leg is in bits anyway. Or just drop it maximum 40mm and use standard shocks. You can get these from Eurocarparts for about £100.
