you could staple it and fill over the staples thats a possibility but depends how bad it is ive done it before and you couldnt tell at all Daz

Tng21 im not being funny here mate but if you can find a double glazing supplier or similar you can but an industrial superglue with an activator spray which is whats used to glue the trim etc onto new dg windows so its pretty strong stuff,just wash with a strong detergent solution to degrease it 1st.
