instrument cluster rings---please help--how to fit

hi all
before i take the instrument cluster out of my car to fit the rings i wanted to runs some ideas by you guys, whats the best glue to use?

i dont want to screw up my instrument cluster incase i dont like em and i wanna take them off

ps: whats the best way to remove the clear cluster lens?

Removing the lens is a case of a clean stanley blade and patience. Don't rush it, as the plastic is extremely brittle and I've had a couple crack on me. Take your time and aim at taking out each blob of adhesive at a time.

The cluster rings I thought were a tight fit, therefore no need for glue. But I may be wrong.

If your in 2 minds. Why not fit them with a bit of double sided tape?

thay are tight fit as i did mine and as nat says be carefull with the screen as i cracked mine :cry:

The rings should just "Click" into place.As said above, be very carefull on the plastic. :cool:
