I have this head unit in my car :

Apologies for the poor pic - unfortunately It has no model number anywhere on the front and I don't have any removal pins to get it out to check the rest of it.

I'm trying to get hold of a user manual but so far havent managed to find the same unit anywhere online.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ? - I know it looks like a bit of a crappy unit but it plays MP3's and actually sounds OK.

Cheers :D

Tevion is an ALDI owned brand

See the link
http://www.cambridgeonline.co.uk/reviews/11505/

There's a number for the tevion helpline

It would be better to remove the unit though and at least you'd be able to give them a serial number at least.
They should be able to work out the model from that

off topic, but what is the 3rd button on the dash, to the right of the rear window demist?

Also, to remove the radio, have a look at what shape the holes are where the removal pins go in, and I'm sure you could fashion up something using an old wire clothes-hanger and a good file!

3rd button looks like a relocated circuit breaker switch for the electric windows.

you can buy the removal pins at halfrauds ,,,I just installed a Tevion in someone's car and you have to take the front off and the plastic surround and there should be a vertical slot at both sides
