Pictures are crap but would you say this flatspot is repairable?

its no problem to fix it in some of workshops,after maybe need a profesionaly respray!

That flat spot is repairable with a sand filled plastic hammer. I have done this before.

The main thing is that the wheel isn't buckled.

although these people are local to me, they have an excellent reputation. I plan on taking a wheel to them in due course, which has had a previous botched repair and is clearly bent.

Ive had it on a car on axle stands driving and it looks straight enough but soon as I get chance ill take it and have it checked on a balancer before spending any money on refurbing it.
Tyre thats on there now is almost new and stays airtight,suppose thats in its favour.

Agreed. Mine were in worse condition when I got them.. now like new.
